Hotel Reservation Policy

Hotel requires credit card details in order to guarantee and pre authorise your reservation using our website booking engine. No charge will be applied to your credit card regarding the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards any moment prior to your arrival.

Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in the hotel cancellation policy. Non-show is charged as stated in the hotel cancellation policy.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

We accept that for certain reasons and certain cases you may have to cancel your reservation. You should read and understand the following cancellation policy.

• For cancellations made during the whole year, at least 48 hours before the arrival, and cancellations made during your stay, you are not charged with cancellation fees.
• For cancellations later than 48 hours before the arrival, as well as for non-show cases, you will be charged with the first night.

Paradise Rooms has a more strict cancellation policy only for period from 22/7-20/8, as

• For cancellations at least 14 days before the arrival are not charged with cancellation fees.
• For cancellations later than 14 days before the arrival, and for non-show cases, you will be charged with half of your reservation.
• For cancellations during your stay you will be charged with half the value of the remaining days of your reservation.
